Art Johnson is the Chief Executive Officer of Infinity Systems Inc. (ISI), a management consulting firm that created and retains all rights to Orgametrics™ and Equimetrics™.

Art realized the importance of alignment and DE&I as his career job responsibilities have spanned multiple disciplines and industries. His competitive spirit, highlighted in collegiate athletics, inspired him to leverage his experience, knowledge and network to form ISI. Art developed a reputation for strong team leadership, cost savings and revenue generation. The creation of Orgametrics™ and Equimetrics™ have given Art the platform to share his successes on a broader scale.

Art is a strategic thinker and leader. He is adept at driving alignment, developing executive-level relationships and fostering collaboration among diverse teams to consistently exceed expectations, increase productivity, and optimize performance. His successes in medical device, telecommunications and information technology are evident by his President Club participation in every industry.

As an active member of the community, Art founded Quest for Excellence. This successful nonprofit organization served more than 1,000 disadvantaged youth in the Twin Cities. For this work, he was honored with The McKnight Human Service Award and recognized in several local publications.

He has also been involved in several volunteer and civic organizations including YMCA of the Greater Minneapolis Area, Big Brothers, and Big Sisters, and the Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce. Art also served as a member of the Drake University National Advisory Board as well as an Adjunct Professor of Marketing at the University of St.Thomas, Graduate School of Business.
